One Cooker, Breakfast Lunch Dinner - December 21

What can you cook on the shortest day of the year?

Breakfast - Kale, Cheese, Egg Fritata

Lunch - California Tuna Melt Sandwich

Dinner - 2.6lb Try Tip roast

All. Completed by 1:30 p.m.

And... a one pound bag of Peruvian beans, cooked to perfection, by 1:30, still in the same cooker (plenty of room).

All that with 2+ hours of good sunshine remaining.
