Stretching for sunshine

I live in a designated "Tree City". So fall and winter tree shadows can have me chasing the sun around the yard. I found a heavy duty (and very tall) tripod at a thrift store. Bolted a base plate to the top and now am using it as shown. I don't recommend you do this unless you have complete control and awareness of your cooking environment. Hot water overhead is dangerous, so I take extra precautions.
